重要说明：本系统仅用于本公司自有电商店铺的运营管理与数据分析。我们通过 Customer API 访问与处理的所有数据均仅涉及本公司自有卖家账户。本公司不向任何第三方卖家提供服务，不向任何第三方分发数据，不开展数据商业化行为。

1. 我们收集的信息

1.1 个人信息

我们可能收集以下信息（仅限与公司账户相关人员）：

• 姓名
• 邮箱地址
• 电话号码
• 账户凭据
• 账单信息

1.2 使用信息

• IP地址
• 浏览器类型
• 访问时间
• 设备信息
• 使用日志

1.3 业务数据（仅限公司自有店铺）

• 订单数据
• 销售与交易数据
• 商品与库存信息
• 绩效分析数据
• 通过 Customer API 获取的店铺运营数据

我们不会接入或处理任何第三方卖家账户数据。

2. 数据用途

我们处理数据仅用于：

• 店铺运营管理
• 销售分析
• 库存优化
• 内部财务与合规管理
• 技术维护与安全保障

我们不向任何第三方出售、出租或共享数据。

3. 数据共享

本系统仅供内部使用。

我们不会向任何第三方提供或披露数据，除非：

• 法律强制要求
• 保护公司合法权益
• 与受保密协议约束的必要基础设施服务商（如云服务商）

所有服务商均受数据保护与保密义务约束。

4. 数据安全措施

我们实施以下技术与组织安全措施：

• TLS/HTTPS 加密传输
• 数据库与备份加密存储
• OAuth Token 安全存储（不明文暴露）
• 服务器端访问控制
• 最小权限原则
• 定期权限审计
• 日志监控与异常检测
• 部署于具备安全合规能力的云服务环境

5. 数据保留

我们仅在必要期间保留数据：

• 店铺账户存续期间保留运营数据
• 账户关闭后 30 天内删除相关数据
• API Token 在授权撤销后立即删除
• 法律要求的情况下按规定期限保留

6. 数据主体请求

如平台或相关数据主体提出合法的数据访问、更新或删除请求，我们将：

• 在合理期限内处理
• 按平台规则执行
• 在技术可行范围内配合

数据请求可通过第12节联系方式提交。

7. 数据泄露通知机制

如发生确认的数据安全事件影响平台数据，我们将：

• 立即启动内部应急响应机制
• 在发现后 72 小时内通知相关平台
• 采取补救措施以降低影响

8. 国际数据传输

数据可能存储或处理于美国境内服务器。

我们采取合理安全措施确保跨境数据传输符合适用法律要求。

9. 儿童隐私

本系统不面向13岁以下儿童。我们不会主动收集儿童个人信息。

10. 隐私政策更新

我们可能更新本政策。更新将发布于本页面，并修改「最后更新」日期。

5. Data Retention

• Operational data retained while seller account remains active
• Data deleted within 30 days after account closure
• API tokens deleted immediately upon revocation
• Legal retention requirements honoured where applicable

6. Data Subject Requests

We will respond to lawful platform or data subject requests for access, correction, or deletion within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with platform rules.

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a confirmed data security incident affecting platform data, we will:

• Initiate internal incident response procedures
• Notify the relevant platform within 72 hours of discovery
• Take corrective measures to mitigate impact

8. International Data Transfers

Data may be stored or processed on servers located in the United States. Appropriate safeguards are implemented to comply with applicable laws.

9. Children's Privacy

Our system is not intended for children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and will revise the "Last updated" date accordingly.
